As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. You will be provided inbound leads as well as other curated opporutnities.
This role is half base, half commission allowing for serious upside.

As an appointment setter, you are responsible for creating qualified opportunities for our sales team by initiating conversations, qualifying business owners, and booking high-quality meetings.
This is a performance-based role inside a fast-growing, multi-platform paid ads agency serving service businesses nationwide.
You will operate inside a structured system with defined scripts, clear KPIs, and direct visibility into your performance.
Setters are the lifeblood of this company.
Without qualified meetings, there is no revenue. Without revenue, there is no growth. Without growth, there is limited impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Initiate and manage outbound prospect conversations (if applicable)
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure fit with our Ideal Client Profile
• Pre-frame prospects before scheduled sales meetings
• Book high-quality, qualified meetings for our closers
• Follow up consistently with warm prospects
• Track KPIs including:
• Conversations started
• Qualified leads
• Meetings booked
• Show rate
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Continuously refine scripts and approach based on performance data
• Protect the sales team’s calendar by filtering out poor-fit prospects
We are looking for individuals who:
• You have sales experience but want to level up your skills even further by training with the best
• Are comfortable initiating conversations with business owners
• You care about getting clients amazing results and only selling a program you believe in
• Take feedback well and adjust quickly
• Track metrics obsessively
• Operate with high ownership and minimal supervision
• Communicate clearly and confidently in writing and verbally
• Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable.
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in appointment setting or sales
• Experience in marketing or paid advertising environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems
This is not a fit for individuals who:
• Less than 6 months sales experience
• Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
• Avoid accountability or feedback
• Need constant micromanagement
• Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed
• Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
