Refund Guarantee

The Threshold

The Service Provider books at least twenty (20) qualified appointments on the Client's calendar within sixty (60) days of campaign launch, or the Buildout Fee is refunded. The guaranteed number scales with committed ad spend; twenty (20) is the minimum at the floor spend.

Eligibility

The guarantee is available only to established businesses accepted by the Service Provider at intake. It is not available to businesses under $30,000 per month in revenue, or in markets the Service Provider has not accepted.

The full and binding terms of this guarantee, including all conditions and Client requirements, are set out in the Client's signed service agreement, which controls.
