At Grow Profit Ads, Marketing Coaches are high level operators.
Inside our Done-With-You (DWY) program, you will guide service business owners through building, launching, and optimizing multi-platform paid advertising systems.
You are responsible for helping clients:
• Execute strategy correctly
• Interpret performance data accurately
• Make KPI-driven decisions
• Launch and scale campaigns with confidence
This is a hands-on, results-focused coaching role.
You will lead client meetings, provide direct feedback on campaigns, challenge weak execution, and ensure clients stay aligned with proven systems.
This role requires strategic thinking, platform fluency, and the ability to hold clients accountable.
As a Marketing Coach inside the DWY program, you will:
• Lead structured client meetings (group and/or 1:1)
• Review ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Diagnose performance issues using KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, show rate, etc.)
• Provide clear, tactical action steps for improvement
• Ensure clients stay aligned with our frameworks and processes
• Hold clients accountable to implementation timelines
• Review landing pages, funnels, and messaging
• Identify scale opportunities when campaigns stabilize
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve curriculum and systems
• Maintain detailed notes and track client progress
You are not just answering questions - you are responsible for moving clients forward.
We are looking for individuals who:
• Have hands-on experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, or multi-platform)
• Understand marketing KPIs deeply
• Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business owners
• Are comfortable leading structured meetings
• Can challenge clients professionally when needed
• Think in systems, not tactics
• Operate with high ownership and accountability
• Take feedback well and refine their coaching style
Preferred (but not required):
• Agency experience
• Experience managing service-based clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel infrastructure
• Experience inside a coaching or consulting environment
This role is NOT for:
• Mindset-only coaches
• Social media content managers
• Individuals without real paid ads experience
• Those uncomfortable discussing metrics and performance

$70,000 -$120,000 per year
