ABOUT THE ROLE
Grow Profit Ads helps companies build, fix, and scale marketing through both our done for you agency and our done with you coaching program.
We work with service businesses from pre launch all the way to multiple eight figures per year across dozens of niches. That includes
• HVAC
• Roofing
• Pressure Washing
• Medical Clincs
• Med Spas / Aesthetics
• Detailers
• High ticket coaches and consultants
• Other agencies and info product businesses
• Brick-and-mortar businesses
• And more
If a company sells a product or service above 700 dollars and either has or needs a paid marketing, Grow Profit Ads can usually help.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grow Profit Ads closer takes inbound consultative calls with founders and leadership teams and:
1) Diagnoses the real constraints in their offer, marketing, sales process, team, and leadership
2) Helps them see what is truly blocking growth and what needs to change
3) Prescribes the right Grow Profit Ads solution and then closes the deal
The calls feel like paid business consults that end in a decision. The closer must be analytical, persuasive, confident with founders, able to think on the fly, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Top performers in this role typically have:
• Strong closing experience (high-ticket calls, high-value services, consultative sales)
• Ability to build trust quickly and professionally
• High emotional intelligence and listening skills
• A competitive, results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with metrics, forecasts, and accountability
• Excellent verbal communication and sales cadence
• Persistence and confidence in complex conversations
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or paid ads
• Background with structured sales systems or CRMs
• Strong objection handling frameworks
This role is not a fit for candidates who:
• Prefer transactional or script-only selling
• Avoid accountability or pressure
• Want guaranteed income without performance expectations
• Cannot operate independently inside a revenue-driven culture
PAY
$100,000 -$180,000 per year
