Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Grow Profit Ads, Account Managers are not coordinators, they are client growth owners.

Inside our Done-For-You (DFY) agency, you will manage relationships with service business clients running multi-platform paid advertising campaigns.

You are responsible for:

• Strategic alignment

• Performance communication

• KPI oversight

• Retention and expansion

You sit at the center of the client relationship, you ensure:

• Strategy is executed correctly

• Clients understand performance

• Expectations are aligned

• Opportunities to scale are identified


This is a performance-oriented, client-facing leadership role.

If you think in terms of CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline value, and revenue impact - you’ll thrive here.

If you think in terms of “checking in” and “relaying messages,” you won’t.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Lead recurring client strategy meetings

• Translate performance data into clear business insights

• Oversee campaign direction across Meta, Google, and other platforms

• Align messaging, targeting, and offers with performance goals

• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, show rate, close rate)

• Identify scale opportunities and expansion levers

• Collaborate with media buyers and internal team members

• Ensure tasks are executed on schedule

• Manage expectations during volatility or testing phases

• Drive client retention and satisfaction

• Document performance notes and growth plans in CRM

You are not just reporting numbers, you are responsible for guiding growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience in paid ads (agency or in-house)

• Understand performance marketing metrics deeply

• Can explain data clearly to business owners

• Are comfortable leading strategic conversations

• Operate with high ownership and accountability

• Think long-term, not campaign-by-campaign

• Communicate confidently and professionally

• Handle client pressure calmly and constructively

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience managing service-based clients

• Multi-platform ad experience (Meta + Google)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards

• Background in agency client success or performance marketing

This role is NOT for:

• Pure project managers without marketing understanding

• Customer support–only backgrounds

• Individuals uncomfortable discussing performance metrics

• Those who avoid difficult performance conversations

PAY

$150,000 -$276,000 per year
