As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for helping us build a high-performance team across sales, marketing, operations, and client success.

You will own the recruiting pipeline from first contact to interview coordination, ensuring we attract, filter, and move forward with top-tier candidates.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple open roles
• Source and screen applicants (if applicable)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership
• Ensure fast follow-up and professional communication
• Maintain structured tracking inside CRM or hiring tools
• Identify bottlenecks in hiring workflows
• Improve systems for screening and qualification
• Protect leadership time by filtering unqualified candidates
• Maintain candidate experience standards
• Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, show rate, response rate)
You are responsible for keeping the hiring machine running efficiently. This is a systems role - not a reactive one.
